SHIPPING SERVICES:
We ship with USPS Priority or UPS Ground only. Items can be picked up in store if you are local. All orders are insured and packed professionally to ensure safe delivery.
Orders will only ship to the address on the Paypal invoice.
We will not ship any order to an alternate address used by buyer on our website. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE ADDRESS MATCHES YOUR PAYPAL ADDRESS. This is to protect the card holder and ourselves in cases of fraud or identity theft.
*You can add an address to your Paypal profile. Select the desired address to ship to, if different from billing address, BEFORE finalizing order.
ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING:
We pack all orders carefully but sometimes accidents or improper handling can result in damage. In this case you must notify us by email within 3 business days of delivery. We will then instruct you on how to proceed, please keep all packing materials intact.
RETURN POLICY:
Customer satisfaction is our main goal. All items are tested and described in as much detail as possible so you know what you are buying. If you are not 100% satisfied we do offer a 14 Day Return Policy. Return policy starts from the day the item is delivered, no exceptions. Please contact us for an RMA. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Items must be returned in the same condition or a restocking fee will be applied to your refund.
Original shipping is NON REFUNDABLE unless seller error/defective item. Items with shipping included in the price will have the actual cost of shipping reduced from the refund.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless defective product or seller error is the reason for return, in which case we will provide buyer with a return label.
Refunds will be processed through Paypal to your original method of payment.
